IngredientsSliced chicken - thigh or breast. Marinaded in whatever marinade I make up (bit of this, bit of that, usually ends up mostly teryaki), then grilled.
Tomato
Boiled/steamed baby potatoes
Boiled egg
English spinach (or lettuce)
Baby beetroot
Mushroom
Yellow capsicum
Cheese
With dressing over the top (I usually use a black pepper, garlic and cheese dressing available from Woolworths).
