Chakra quiz stuff

I'm not really into Chakra (I barely even know what it is!) but as a quiz this is pretty much right for me, I read about what it all means.

Root: under-active (-50%)
Sacral: open (13%)
Navel: under-active (-19%)
Heart: under-active (-6%)
Throat: under-active (-13%)
Third Eye: open (19%)
Crown: open (31%)

I was then reading about how to "open the chakras", it says "Warning: don't open the Crown chakra while you don't have a strong Root chakra."
