Sushi dance

I made sushi again. Just not enough rice. I had 3 nori sheets and only enough rice for 2 of them (used a bit of aborio rice we had around).

Tuna, avacado and mushroom, quite tasty if I do say so myself. :)

My goal is to finish E&C essay by tomorrow night and beg for 1 day extension on EPAL essay, which gives me all of next Monday to work on it too.

Hopefully this will happen *panic*.
