RSI sucks

I have the worst RSI in my right shoulder. I think it comes from too many years sitting in front of the puter with that hand on the mouse. Weird, my wrists are fine, my shoulder however.

When I carry my heavy backpack around uni it hurts. I sleep on it funny so it hurts. And lately I have managed some contortions that made it hurt even MORE (I really hafta be carefull when I reach/stretch).

Anyone got any cures for RSI??? Or relief at least.

Anyone know anything about Clarion 6 stacker CD players.

I've noticed the stacker is alot more sensitive than my personal CD stereo (which I got in 1993). So I decided to see if my CD of Vitalogy would play in it. This CD is riddled with shallow scratches but still plays fine in my old player. So I wanted to see how it would do in the car player.

Bad move. It got to that CD, now the readout in the car keeps saying Error and I can't eject the CD cartridge.

Anyone know what I can do short of pulling it all apart, cuz I don't think I'd be able to put it back together. I want my music (and my CDs back!)

Other people found this auction too so I lost.

Woulda been nice for trades and I believe that is a Mummy Meadowsweet in there, along with Bon Bon, 2 Baby Sunsets and a Princess Sparkle - all which would have been for trade.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1778672317

But really, I couldn't afford it. I will hafta get the last 12 ponies some other way.

I decided, hmmm, I'll go down and have a nice bath... with that bath oil!! It'll be something new and interesting and apparently it relaxes you. And even tho I apparently shouldn't use anything with fragrance and shit I find that my eczma comes up if I use it or not so I may as well pamper myself.

I got in the bath, cuz I love to lie in it as it fills and watch the tide come in over my body, just a thing I've done for many many years. Anyway, so I got in the bath, got the bath oil so I could pour it under the running water... and the lid comes off. Well, the bit of the stopper that screws into the bung that actually seals the bottle. The bung had become so wedged in there (this oil has never been used) that even tho the "handle" was screwed in I could pull it straight out. By that time the bath had pretty much filled so I missed that part of the experience. I then laid in the bath and tried to prise the bung off with a spoon. No go. I had to go without. :(

And yes, this REALLY happened.

My shoulder is still sore. There is mulberry crumble waiting for me downstairs. And I really should do more work but it's not happening with my shoulder like it is.

And the Sims keeps crashing, doh!
