Blergh, I ate too much
Apr. 30th, 2003 07:48 pmI do eat too much, all the time.
Must not eat so much, or when I do eat eat healthier. Drink water instead of filling my stomach with food, I always feel hungry. }:-\
Must exercise too. Walk around the block. Stick music on and dance around, bounce on trampoline. Wish everyone was out of the house more often, will get yelled at for stomping around and playing music too loud.
Catch 22 I tell ya.

If that's not helping, then when you do eat, eat a lot of filling foods, like fibre rich stuff, rice *rice is good, 1 meal and im revving all damn day* and if you HAVE to stuff yourself stuff yourself with fruit and vegies!!! Pour em in! Shovel in those carrots, crunch that celery, go cookie monster over that lettuce and gobble down that cucumber. NB: Fried vegetables DO NOT COUNT. Do not shovel these in. :P Oil is 100% fat, as I'm sure you know already. Also, a boiled spud is good. Slathering it with butter aint. Keep away from those condiments. People put so much salt in their food nowadays, and you don't need any of it. The natural salt in food is more than enough.
If you're really interested in eating healthy, I'd recommend looking up some things on the web, or investing in a good cookbook.
I will say this: ever since I stopped eating crappy fast food 100% of the time, and cut down on my fried *i dont use oil in anything* crap, I've felt like, sooooo much better. And it makes those times I DO eat food thats bad for me taste oh so much better!
As for exercise...um....do stuff. Just remember, although they recommend 30-60 minutes of moderate activity every day, this activity is *cumulative* which means 10 mins of brisk walking, running up those stairs, walking fast to everything, maybe a short jog in the evening, etc, it all adds up. I'm working on adding a 15-20 min jog into my day, every day, just around the two blocks near me. It's not much extra to do, and it means that all the other exercise I do during the day starts to be a bonus.
After all, its only 20 minutes.
*Suddenly notices time*
#@%$ I need to be sleeping!
