Warm up - 5 mins, 5kph tread
2x15 leg curls, 10kg
2x15 fitball squats

Cardio - 20 minutes on treadmill - 5.5kph

2x15 Chest press, 15kg
2x15 Seated row, 15kg
2x15 Tricep pull down, 10kg

3x10 fitball crunches
3x10 alt. leg and arm raises
1 x prone bridge - 20 seconds
1 x prone bridge - 30 seconds
1 x prone bridge - 25 seconds

Treadmill cool down, 5 mins, 4kph

Stretches.


I've discovered 20 minutes on a treadmill is a good opportunity to study. Seeing as I tend to go the gym during work hours, so it's quiet I can usually get one of the nifty treads with a book holder.

Got a papercut on my thumb. :( And yesterday I managed to get a grain of sand lodged right under one of my nails and I can't get it out. }:-\

OMG I think the guy at Centerlink recognises me now. He asked me about my weekend and I told him I'd been birdwatching and so he asked me what I saw and I told him. Wow, a non-morose Centerlink employee, good on him. And a You Can Bake It has opened at the Action shopping complex in Innaloo. :)
