Hardback or Paperback? - Paperback. Cheaper to buy, fit in bookshelves better, easier to handle. Why do we have to wait months for small paperback editions?

Highlight or Underline? - Neither in a book. Unless it's a uni reader or something, then it's highlight.

Lewis or Tolkien? - Haven't read either.

E.B. White or A.A. Milne? - Well I've only read Charlotte's Web. Winnie The Goth was cool, but that wasn't really A.A. Milne.

T.S. Eliot or e.e. cummings? - Only read Eliot. Did you know that "T.S. Eliot" is an anagram of "toilets"?

Stephen King or Dean Koontz? - Koontz - I've just started reading the Taking, once I've read that I'll have read all his books. King is good too, but I just like Koontz for some reason.

Barnes & Noble or Borders? - We don't have either here in Perth. But if I had to choose between Dymocks and Angus & Robertson I'd prolly choose Dymocks because they have a cool popular science section. But that corner of Boffin's bookstore is the best...

Waldenbooks or B. Dalton? - Huh? Another U.S. company I guess.

Fantasy or Science Fiction? - Both

Horror or Suspense? - Both, I like my books to be eclectic and have bits of everything (probably why I like Koontz so much).

Bookmark or Dog-ear? - Bookmark

Hemingway or Faulkner? - Haven't read. Sounds boring.

Fitzgerald or Steinbeck? - Well I actually read Of Mice And Men and it wasn't too bad. Nice scene setting.

Homer or Plato? I haven't read any works of Greek philosophers.

Geoffrey Chaucer or Edmund Spenser? - Haven't read either.

Pen or Pencil? - I've gone back to the pencil, erasing is so much quicker and neater than liquid paper.

Looseleaf or Notebook? - a bit of both

Alphabetize: By Author or By Title? - If I did alphabetise it would be by author, but I kinda just put all of one author together but have the names in no particular order.

Dust jacket on or off? - I hate them, they just tear.

Novella or Epic? - *shrug* As long as it's good I don't care.

John Grisham or Scott Turow? - Haven't read either, but at least I've heard of Grisham.

J.K. Rowling or Lemony Snicket? - *sounding like broken record* Haven't read either.

John Irving or John Updike? - Who?

Fiction or Non-fiction? - A bit of both.

Historical Biography or Historical Romance? - Neither?

A Few Pages per Sitting or Finish at Least a Chapter? - I prefer to read at least a chapter, but I'll read whenever I can so it may just be a paragraph.

Short Story or Creative Non-fiction Essay? - Non-fiction essay, I write quite a few myself.

"It was a dark and stormy night" or "Once upon a time"? - Both are corny and cliched. However I notice in Fiest books "The inn was crowded" (or is it quiet? I can't remember!)

Buy or Borrow? - Buy, I have a thing for re-reading. And I treasure my non-fiction collection.

Book Reviews or Word of Mouth? - Bit of both.
