I have a friend who says "pacifically" instead of "specifically." Drives me nuts. She also says "overhauls" instead of "overalls."

But, she's a dear friend, so I just put up with it. It's not as though she says those words very often, anyway.

I moved from Kentucky to Minnesota and everyone here has long oh's and acky a's. Our fave making-fun-of-the-Northerners phrase is: "Dohn't touch my baaag." They say it like doo-n't and beg. It gets annoying so I say "y'all" all the time.
