Holiday! Celebrate!!

Yay, finally on holidays (stayed back half an hour to help boss get stuff finished, he'll be up all night at it because he's mental).

Pinged my first moron throwing his cigarette butt out of his car. I smelled the smoke at one intersection and watched him like a hawk and the next stop out came the butt. He had personal plates, which made it particularly easy to memorise. I think it sucks that butt-tossers only get a $75 fine, they should be fined MORE because their litter is a fire hazard and consists of toxic waste.
