Yesterday I had stomach cramps, nausea, and urges to dash to the toilet often.

Last night I had a rather unpleasant spell on the loo and figured maybe I have dysentry or cholera.

Today I feel much better. Still a smidge crampy, but it's nice not to feel ick anymore.

Probably not dysentry or cholera, not sure what the offending foodstuff would have been.

It may have been a combination of things giving you this ~ Sometimes it happens for no apparently good reason too.

Hope it settles today.
