WTF Foxtel?

That's the third time now I've answered the phone at work and it's one of these pre-recorded calls.

I actually listened for a few seconds to this one, "This is an important message (I usually hang up by now) from Foxtel."

WTF? Why are Foxtel making annoying pre-recorded calls, and why are they calling a bloody office?
