Roundhouse tavern karaoke - the verdict

Good

- Huge song list, with almost full musicals like Chicago, Phantom of the Opera and Little Shop Of Horrors.
- Raffle for money (1st prize $100, 2nd prize $50). If you sing you're entered.
- I got there late and got 2 songs in. If I got in early I think I could have had as many as four.

Bad

- Finishes at 10:30!! But it does start at 7pm.
- Some of the crowd is a little questionable, but you get that at every bar really.

Quality of singers varies from really bad to really good.

So everyone come along next week so we can take it over!

Tossing up whether to go to Belmont again tomorrow or not.

Say...do they have any Les Miserables, or perhaps any Lloyd Weber tunes apart from Phantom? Sadly I can't come along next Friday, but so far I'm free the one after :)

I didn't really check for Les Mis songs. Wouldn't be surprised if they have a decent selection though.

I'll probably make it a regular thing - seeing as it's just down the road and all.
