i only hate summer now that we moved into the back room at joel's parents. it's a crappily built extension and is 10 degrees (at least!) hotter than outside during hot weather and 10 degrees colder in winter than outside. We just found out the wall aircon unit his mother promised to put half in for as a moving in condition (and we put in the other half), she has decided that as it doesn't benefit her immediately she doesn't want it in at all even if we pay for it :( Which means rather than a tolerable summer, its going to be dreadful and yes, we are getting out of here as soon as our promised year is up!
