Should I Stay or Should I Go??

Gahh, thinking about moving out. I live to far away from everything and my parents are going insane in their old age and still treat me like a 5 year old. There are so many pros and cons. Here are some

Cons

Phantom - what happens to her?? I wouldn't want to move her, but I'd miss her like crazy if she didn't live at my house.
The fact that I may not be able to have a pet, and I MUST have a cat!!
Spa - I would have no spa if I moved out!!
Lack of money - Centerstink is barely any help and with the uni workload I have no time to work
I would have to get a computer - more expense
I would want to move in with Matt, Matt is not so sure about this and I am generally confused and wondering what it would be like and if it would work. I think it would help alot of things. But it could also cause problems unforseen... I don't wanna move out into a house without Matt in it, I would kill any other tenants, even if they were friends, Matt stops me throttling people.
I have a large debt with my parents, I dunno how it would work if I moved out
I'd hafta pay my own bills right away - none of this "mum can you cover it and put it on my tab?"
My doctor and dentist are in the hills. The doctor I wouldn't mind changing but the dentist is GOOD! Well I guess, I do only hafta go there only like twice a year.
I'd hafta change all my stuff, address and stuff
I have never lived away from home! eeep!
I haven't even told mum I'm bouncing this idea around my head, I wonder how she'll react?

Some pros

I'd be near people!!!
I'd save petrol
I wouldn't miss out on lots of cool stuff cuz I would live closer
I'd have more time for uni work cuz I wouldn't have the 1 hour commute each way
It would possibly be a better work environment than here. An open room with mum watching Days of Our Lives or the News or nephews over are not conducive to study/assignments.
