The biggest issue would be finding a tall albino who can act to play the main character.

Well, I dunno who/what Elric is. But surely Albinism could be faked with makeup and contacts if necessary?

They'd do it like 300 or Sin city--except the main character would be cgi/rotoscoped, in addition to all the backgrounds, which I guess is like the recent Grendel movie.
