Wow talk about keeping the customer happy

Sold it on eBay. Buyer got it, buyer complained that video was not wrapped inside cover and there was talking on the start. Seeing as I hadn't really bothered to check the video inside the case I believed her and gave a refund, and found out the hard way to return to sender costs ME money.
Anyway, I watched it and yes, it does have weird talking over it.
So I finally rang about and complained. She asked for my address, I gave it to her. She told me to stick tape over the copy hole thingy on the video and use it as a blank tape and she'll send a new one to me. Didn't need proof of purchase or anything! So I could ring and complain about any video even if I don't have it and get a free one posted?! Schweet.
