Whoopie!! Hotcha! Jazz...
May. 8th, 2004 06:19 pmI just made a batch of cornflake cookies. I'd never made them before so I had no idea what they'd be life.
After putting them together I decided they should be soft. And they are!! Really yummy too.
So now I have Yo-yos, cornflake cookies and a handmade tiger's eye necklace for mum tomorrow. :)
Birding at Piney Lakes this morning. Ran into John. Weird thing is I recognised his dog before I even noticed him.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, during part of the walk there was a strong smell of chocolate wafting over, quite yummy. Apparently the pine trees emit that smell sometimes or something, weird, but pleasant.
Well, Wolfie's Photo Hunt starts for proper on Monday. So far we've had 3 practice shots.
#1 - A photo of your pony collection with a real piece of paper that has today’s date (May 5th) written on it displayed in the middle of the collection. Extra points for: A drawing (by you) of a Wolf on the piece of paper with the date.
Well, only my G3s are set up here and the majority of my collection is still at my parents. And I can't draw for shit.

#2 (lightning bolt) - A photo of any pony balanced on the back of your hand. Points for the first 5 who post.
Surprising how hard it is to actually balance a pony. I still managed to get the second post.

#3 - A pic of a pony next to a tree. Extra points if the pony is IN the tree, even more points if you're in the tree too.
Of course the Moreton Bay fig trees at King's Park would have been perfect for this. Few problems - rainy weekend, needed to be in by Sunday morning (lack of time), needed someone to come with me to take the photo.
I did tag along to Subi with Matt and Jakie when they went to the footy. The park that was converted to a carpark had some climbable trees in it. Photo is a tad bright - that's Autumn Skye on my lap.

And a bracelet I made a few days ago - it's for sale on eBay now.
