They are tiny and annoying.

I didn't make as much as I wanted to today. I bought a heap more funky mystery beads from Spotlight and this awesome pair of "Swiss army" pliers that have a really bright LED in them and a flat nose - which is what I bought them for. They also have pretty decent wire cutters in them, which is surprising.

I'd put something together today, realise it looked crap and dismantle it again. In the end I only made three things today.

A bracelet to match the dolphin necklace. I also knotted the necklace to match the knots on the bracelt - which required the knots to keep the beads in place.

Some big red and blue beads arrived in the mail today. So I promptly made a memory wire bracelet with them. Not enough shapes, not enough colours. But hopefully one of those raver/gothy types that carries a metal lunchbox will go for it.

The last thing I made was an annoying seed bead and hematite chip affair. After making something involving bugle beads and mystery beads and realising it looked like crap. It reminds me of Priscilla Queen of the Desert for some reason.

And if yer interested...

Yep, it's my bed. I use my computer chair as a "table".

Hahaha! I use my bed as a desk/table/workstation, too. I'm on my laptop on it right now, and behind me are a bunch of plastic bags of yarn and various knitting supplies (in addition to other junk).

Ooooo that makes me want to get back into jewelry making:) Course I sucked at it and I have WAY to much to do right now. Have you seen these bead trays? I think they'd be really valuable to have. I wish I could get a better picture of it but you lay the beads in these groves and it looks like it just holds them in place for you to string them. http://specials.joann.com/SinglePage.aspx?fsi=2673&loc=31345&&pg=170442&ad=3084960&ver=SD&lmi=2
I don't know if you have a joann's or whatnot in Australia, but if you'd like I can see how much they are.

i know
