I went to that message board to read about the contest. How fun is that? Makes me want to pull out some ponies and do it. I won't have time between now and then, though. :(

Hi, Anachia here from geology community. Sorry to crash your personal journal I just didn't want to cram up the geology site with my insessant ramblings! Speaking of which...

Oooh you have a drawing by Marco as your icon.

It's an original? Your kidding, right? Oh my God, I feel awful. I found it on some random pony site ages ago and saved it. Was bored last week and decided to make some new icons I had no idea I was stealing someone's original work. I was convinced it was a Hasbro pic. It's just so beautiful. You don't have any way I could contact him and apologies for taKing without permission. (blushes)

On a slightly more up beat note, I'm such a pony head! Had to take a bit of a break from collecting for the winter (finances were at an all time low) but I plan on getting back in the saddle (hehe...pun!) Could you recommend any communities here on lj? If it's not too much trouble that is.

Because he doesn't watermark it his art often gets stolen (sometimes maliciously but often innocently - I have a lot of his stuff saved to my hard drive because it's absolutely brilliant!)

He lives in Italy, I'm not sure of his contact details but someone on www.mlptp.com is bound to know - that's the My Little Pony Trading Post - the main MLP community online.

There are quite a few MLP LJ communities - just do a search for My Little Pony as an interest and you'll find heaps - personally I much prefer the Trading Post. I'm known as Cosmos or Cosmos713 (after the pony in my icon) in MLP circles.
