LOL stop bragging! I can barely boil water!
But really, that is excellent. I admire anyone who can put together a nice meal!!!! It takes a lot of work to build a library of cuisine.

Here in Australia you can get a magazine called Super Food Ideas.

Matt has subscribed to it so an issue comes to our mailbox every month.

It's a great magazine full of recipes and tips and ads for different kinds of food.

We also have a bunch of recipe books. I'd say all you really need to do is follow the directions.

Indeed, when I left home I hadn't managed more than cooking 2 minute noodles in the microwave, and stuff like that.

Now I can cook pretty much anything, just because I can follow a recipe.

One big tip though. When you're learning, don't try and multi-task. It only leads to so many bad things.
