Ah!! I'm so proud.
These are the things that I've been fretting over the last week. But by some miracle that always seems to happen I have it all ready on time.
The crowning glory I think are the lane numbers. This was done up in Publisher, the numbers are just a word art frame with 2 spaces between each number. It fit perfectly!

Date: 2003-08-06 06:30 am (UTC)We did get a practice shot at loading a gel. Lucky it was a practice one, in the real thing the water is full of ethidium bromide = carcinogen. Which would have been bad because I accidently had my lab coat sleeve dangling in the water!! But I guess that's why you wear them!

Date: 2003-08-06 08:09 am (UTC)Gotta love those carcinogens... wonderful things they are. But did you know that if you *do* get it on your fingers they will glow in blacklights for a while? It sounds very fun, you know, until they really did some harm :/
