gemfyreAwesome work they do!! One wonders if the councils are secretly praising them. Red tape and bureaucracy simply means nothing gets done - so lets do away with that crap entirely.
My boss really needs to learn, and take on, the meaning of the old phrase -
"A stitch in time saves nine." and "More haste - less speed."
