Bread wasn't a total disaster. I'm now not 100% sure if I did screw up the yeast. The loaf seems okay, but it is a bit on the small side and slightly dense. I guess, it did get SOME yeast, just not as much as the recipe called for.

Tastes good certainly.

Shall I sing Tiny Dancer? Or Somebody To Love? Or Hey Jude?
