Well I'm off
Sep. 28th, 2007 09:18 amHeading to Cheyne's Beach on a BAWA campout.
Here's hoping it doesn't rain and it's not too windy, and that I've remembered everything.
And of course, I want to see the "Big 3" - Noisy Scrub-bird, Western Bristlebird and Western Whipbird (which I have previously heard, but not seen). I think there's also the remotest chance of Ground Parrot down that way, which makes it a Big 4. Southern Emu-wren would also be nice, it's one of my bogey birds.
See you all on Monday.
