Further karaoke news

Even though I really want to go, I'm thinking I may give karaoke the skip this week. My mouth really needs to move as little as possible and heal up.

Which means I won't be back for 3 weeks. But in the meantime I shall practice and rawk when I return. :p

Bubby dotterels are way too cute

The car roared into the parking lot and swung into a park. The music blaring.

But the music was Sway by Michael Buble. A young woman got out and grabbed a bag and a pair of binoculars from her car and wandered off.

The four old ladies in the car next door just stared dumbfounded.

Centerlink are so generous

They sent me a health care card yesterday and another one today.

I am holding them responsible for the destruction of our forests.

BREAKING NEWS! - Possible red-capped robin juvenille just down the road. Must keep my eyes peeled for the adults. Gee, if there was a juvie around HOW the heck COULD I miss the male? He's almost flourescent.
