Woo, what a day

gemfyreAwoke to thunder and lightning, turned computer off for a while. Mum & Dad left for Busselton. Went back online.
Recieved payments in the mail, frantically packaged their items. Made for about 6 packages that needed posting. Went to post office, posted them, cashed money order. Went to uni. Opened buccal, thoracic and abdominal cavity of pig. Eyes stung muchly from formalin. Found all the major organs, the spleen looks like a bit of the kidney. Checked out a dissected dog intestine, everything from the tounge to the anus. That must have been a hell of a dissection to do and keep it all intact.
Wandered over to Mars room/grey room/tavern. Watched Warwick beat Terry at the gladiator thingy. Got lunch at the tav using my guild degree membership freebie form. Had a BLT, it was okay, but made weird so you couldn't eat it neatly. }:-\
Watched jelly wrestling. Terry got red jelly on white shirt, bad thing. Bought last honeycomb shake in Backlot Cafe, drank it.
Bar tab started. Drank too much Bacardi Breezer. The orange and passionfruit ones are rather nice, but not when mixed together. Everyone else drank way too much more than me. Mars members are pissheads. Watched Matt play pool. Had some drunk dude come up to me and say his friend wanted to "get with" me. Yeah whatever, sorry taken. They were the guys playing pool with Matt. One got rowdy, got a blood nose, laid on the pool table, was a general idiot for a bit. *sigh* Listened to band. Waited for Matt to stop playing pool so we could skedaddle to karaoke. Oh yeah, also watched John win the pie eating contest with Ric close behind. John won 6 nice pies for eating 4 cheapo apple pies. Watched fireys, choked on kerosene fumes. Eventually toddled off to Bek & Josh's. Smoodged with Bitty and Darkie, yelled at Fenrir, Ghost let me pat him *shock*. Cooked and ate pie. Buggered off to karaoke.
Arrived at karaoke an hour late. Matt and I still got two songs in each. I did Holy Grail and Beautiful Day again, I really like Beautiful Day, it may become a new signature song. Was very bouncy and danced most of the night. Wrecked my neck and deafened myself on the last two standard songs (Aldofo doing Sweet Child O' Mine followed by John doing Thunderstruck). I REALLY should make a thing of putting my earplugs in when those guys are up.
Learned that wearing my tartan pattern skirt on a hot day is a bad idea. Eczma between my legs is all nice and itchy again. Doesn't help the lining is kinda plasticy too. Wore my Docs for the first time in ages. So much easier to dance in them, they're so much sturdier.
Anyway, I better turn in cuz I am buggered. Adieu, Adieu, to ya and ya and you!
P.S. Matt is fast asleep already, awwww :)
