God hold music sucks

gemfyreThere was a "problem" with Centerlink yesterday.
If when I asked "Is that all you need?" he said "Yeah, I'll organise that for you."
What he should have said was "We also need the date you moved in." Which instead he phoned about later.
So I rang and got kept on hold for 15 minutes.
Turns out I need to fill in a few more forms and I should bring in the lease to figure out rent assistance.
Now hopefully the guy at Midland and whoever I talked to then can get all the information together and give me the right payment ASAP cuz I kinda need it before I have NO money left.
