Black servals and other stuff

In the highlands of Africa there are black servals. Theory is that up there they don't require camouflage as much and the black coats absorb more heat. I had never heard of them before (however, considering black leopards and black jaguars it's really no surprise). But seeing them I was like "wow, they look just like the cats that pop up in all those British & Australian stories about large black cats prowling fields and taking sheep." But the how the heck they got here if they are black servals I have no clue!

It's weird what LJ has taught me. I used to think that I only I felt so strongly over some things in my life. Yet, I have seen friends that have been through similar things express exactly the same emotions. I'd never guess that they would feel that way but it seems we are all the same really, and my emotions are not as extreme and terrible as I thought.

I also know now that no matter how much you may want to dwell, you have to get over stuff. If you don't you will just become an annoying, whingy person and no-one will like you. And that makes things all the worse.

Hah, amazing how having a shower makes me all deep and meaningful. I need my hair to dry off a bit before I go to bed.

What shall I do??

Anyyyway... yuss yuss, de interweb be good for such sharink of information. People realise they are not the only ones with their point of view, at the same time as being exposed to the many other points of view available. Helps people make educated choices about their decisions in life a little.

People need community-type feelings... since we all started going big-city like, message boards, journals etc are humanities new way to live in a social, friendly community =)
