The pain returns
I can't walk!! I limp/hobble everywhere. The stairs are hell.
Both quadriceps are sore. My right glute is sore. Those pains are from the lunges. They BURN when I do them.
My right calf I think I twanged on the leg curls but I'm not sure. It feels like I just cramped it.

problem is I can't do ANYTHING while my legs are like this. I need the pain to subside to a level where I can actually walk normally and get back into my workouts. I hope that doesn't take long.

Well my abs stopped hurting after 2 days. My legs have already taken longer than that to get over it.
