The pain returns

I can't walk!! I limp/hobble everywhere. The stairs are hell.

Both quadriceps are sore. My right glute is sore. Those pains are from the lunges. They BURN when I do them.

My right calf I think I twanged on the leg curls but I'm not sure. It feels like I just cramped it.

problem is I can't do ANYTHING while my legs are like this. I need the pain to subside to a level where I can actually walk normally and get back into my workouts. I hope that doesn't take long.

Well my abs stopped hurting after 2 days. My legs have already taken longer than that to get over it.

I know what you mean, the same happened to me when I started lifting weights. I didn't want to seem like a wuss in front of Mike and Brian, but the next day I had a hard time lifting a pencil :P lol. It'll all be worth it though :D

do LOTS of stretches through out the day
like before bed when you get up when you're watching TV

such are the pitfalls of exercising, but just think if you keep up with it you'll have a kylie minogue but and tina turner legs (minus 30 years) =) and then your set!

Also, its ok to take a day or twos break otherwise you'll burn your body out. So dont do this more than 4-5 times a week.. it sounds harder than the one I was given
