It all depends on my mood, but Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word, I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues.
And the version of Circle Of Life in the Lion King movies (which isn't sung by Elton John) makes me teary, just because that whole sequence gives me chills and makes me teary.
