On the bright side

Martin, the agent for this house is currently making the yard spic and span. He's also painted the eaves and trimmed the trees and stuff.

I wonder if he'll agree to my suggestion to kill that damn vine. :)

has he finally got rid of the vine that was growing into the gutter (before I pruned it from its life source) and fixed the gutter near the garage where it has rusted? are the toilets fixed?
