Yay!! A Guinea worm on All Saints.
At first I thought it was Irukandji syndrome, but then the guy mentions he's been in Africa. I diagnosed it about 15 minutes before they did.
Those doctors obviously don't read stuff like Malady of the Month. (But I suspect some of the scriptwriters might).
