Self-diagnosis?

Is it manic-depression if one day I'm feeling utterly useless and a bad person and the next I'm going EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! in excitment over nothing in particular?

i go through the same thing - some days totally depressed and others overly excited for no reason

lol, yeah welcome to my life too.

however if you really think you have depression/bi-polar etc, go see your doctor. and s/he can actually diagnose you and get u some help :)

I had a quick look at your profile.. you don't happen to attend Mount lawley campus do you? cause I do (and live down the street from it) and would love to meet up and talk bipolar with someone other than myself and my doc :)

hey... nah i'm not bi-polar... just depressed... but i do go up and down like a yoyo but it's not manic so yeah...

and yes i'm at ML campus :) only there mondays though.

me too... monday arvos typically class is actually 4:30-7:30 but i'm normally there most of the day

well i have a lecture at 9.30 and a tute at 12.30 which is over at 2.30 - that's prolly the best time for me to catch up as i do my readings and homework in my 2hr break lol coz i ain't bought the text. hehe.

You would really have known by know if you had Bi Polar! I'm lucky, I only have Uni Polar but still go through the up and down stages!
