Next stage of the cold

Well today I'm just bunged up. No matter how much I blow my nose barely anything comes out. Due to the lack of ventilation my head is spinny and my throat is irritated.

Bleh. This better clear right up soon.

Sinex nasal spray clears you up good, but if you use too much you might get a bit of sinus pain and wish for the phlegm again!
