That was so much easier than expected! The only problem came when piping the crosses on. Seeing as I don't have any piping gear I did the old freezer bag trick. Now I thought I'd snipped a teensy bit of the corner off, but either I didn't or it just tore because I was getting way more batter than I wanted.
There was a second tray of buns that I didn't bother putting crosses on. The glaze however looks fantastic. *waits for buns to cool so she can eat one*
Meanwhile I'm also cooking this up -
A batch of good ol' veggie soup. Great for when I can't be arsed cooking.
