DVD woes
Back of TV looks like this.

DVD plugs look like this.

Matt tells me this is a problem. I'm starting to think it's not the TVs that we get are incompatible with the DVD player, he just has a weird DVD player that's incompatible with the TVs we get.
BTW - this is the whole setup. Just need to get some DVD storage now. The collection is growing fast.

P.S. Phlegm sucks.

- Apparently at it's previous house a DVD player ran through it no problem.
- VCR is circa 1985 and has had a tape stuck in it for 2.5 years - we really should just throw it out, it's only good for a paperweight.
- Adaptor sounds like the way to go, but it seems they're kinda hard to find.
- We intend to get a DVD/VCR and a nice flat screen sometime, but funds don't allow for it at the moment. This TV was free and a massive improvement on what we had.

If the yellow cord for sure doesn't plug into the video in of the back of the tv, for a couple of bucks you can get the convertor so that it does just fine. :) I'm pretty sure I did something like that to get my PS2 or Gamecube working a long while back.
