- TV is about 10 years old. Previous TV was 20+ years old and the picture was going. - Apparently at it's previous house a DVD player ran through it no problem. - VCR is circa 1985 and has had a tape stuck in it for 2.5 years - we really should just throw it out, it's only good for a paperweight. - Adaptor sounds like the way to go, but it seems they're kinda hard to find. - We intend to get a DVD/VCR and a nice flat screen sometime, but funds don't allow for it at the moment. This TV was free and a massive improvement on what we had.
