Don't worry, their computer system will still let you down, so you'll have to ring up a second and possibly third time to sort it all out (and whilst this is happening, your payments will of course be suspended).
One of the things I was ringing about is the fact that I wasn't sent a form this fortnight.
She said she'd send one out and if it didn't arrive in time to get one from the office on Monday then quipped "You'll now probably end up with 7 copies".
That well and truly is a miracle! The best i had was when i called up one time to declare earnings or something last yr, only to be told i had to do a heap of different crap instead of what i had originally been told. Then the same person called me back about 5 mins later to tell me that i had actually been right all along, and admitted she was wrong and fixed a whole bunch of stuff for me. Amazing, but true!
