at school i saw a guy who had these huge shoulders, but his arms, while somewhat big, were flabby with very little muscle tone. it looked so odd.

HMM, wht could be the purpose of benching 120kgs? So you would know that if a car rolled on top of you, you could lift it off and wriggle out to safety?
