I just had the calf cramp from HELL!

And the worst thing was that it came along without warning.

Oh I HATE those!!!!!! >_<

Poor YOU, I'm sorry. :( *hugs* The only thing I've found that stops it is standing up on the offending leg until it passes. Although sometimes that isn't possible. >_O

Death the leg cramps! >_<

Yeah, I've had those without warning too, I'd be woken up from sound sleep by a crippling cramp. Not a lot, and they don't seem to happen anymore since I started exercising regularly. Aren't they something to do with blood circulation problems?

I seem to get them when it's a bit cold and I stretch my legs while I'm sleeping.

Sometimes I can feel one coming on and curl my legs back up before it happens. The one last night however was totally out of the blue and NASTY!

Belinda....maybe ask the dr for some "quininine bisulphate" - i think thats what it is called.its good for leg cramps. you just take one before dinner time, and it stops those awful calf cramps.
