Old lady smell

What IS that? I find 90% of women over the age of 70 will have this scent about them.

It's not a bad smell. But it's certainly distinctive.

Is it too much foundation? Old perfume? Cheap soap? Some special potion women recieve when they turn 70?

Using talc instead of deo?

Talc!

That might be it.

Nasty stuff. Bad for skin. Baking soda so much better.

I always think old people smell like talc, and it's probably not that they're cutting their drugs with it.

I vote cheap soap/perfume. But at the moment I cant smell anything so I cant go otu and test the theory.

Jean Nate! It's a scented powder that old ladies put on for some reason :P

It's the scent of death. Maybe decay too.

No idea, but you are right! I used to work in an old folks home and there was this scent... not anything bad, just this distinctive smell. Don't think it was a product or anything as they all had it.

Perhaps it is a change in pheromones or sweat glands or something to be really smart ass?
