Even though I'm English, just to give you a point of international comparison, I pay £560 per month, but that's all inclusive except council tax. All inclusive is rare in the UK. The more usual rate for my type of place is £550 with nothing included.
For that I get a 2 bed maisonette with garden that's shared with the hairdressers. Rooms all decent sized.
