Are pretty good right now.
Stu is sleeping in the warden's house and gradually moving his stuff there.
And I can play music and stuff loudly whenever because my new neighbour (who is where Chris used to be) is profoundly deaf.
I don't mean this is in a nasty way. Alice IS deaf and that DOES mean I can play music without annoying her.
