Hyperactive Biscuit

Being a hot day most of the cats in the cattery were taking advantage of the bare concrete floor and exposing as much of their surface area to it as possible.

But not Biscuit. Biscuit is an orange kitten, about 7 weeks old. I moved him from the vet ward to the cattery today. And he is the new Energiser Bunny. He just didn't stop!

It's so amusing to watch kittens. They pounce on something then skiphop back again as if they decided they shouldn't have done it. He was also rather disconcerted with the black paw of the kitten in the next pen over sticking under the wall trying to grab his toys.

I also forgot what a hazard kitten season is. Those cute little balls of fuzz wield lethal weapons on their cute lil' paws. Biscuit sank four of them into my hand this morning. And I got a slash across my hand a few weeks back from another fuzzball. Ouch.

Sums up the year?! Christ I don't know.
