Kind of altered from a recipe I got from food_porn.

SALAD
Avacado
Tomato
4 bean mix
Tinned corn
Garlic tuna (I recommend Safcol)

VINAGARETTE

Leftover garlic oil from tuna
Lemon juice
Red wine vinegar
Basil in a tube

Turkish bread roll
Grated cheese

Cube the avacado and tomato, chuck all the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss. Mix a bit of the vinagarette ingredients together (I just guessed at quantitites) and pour it over the salad. Toss again.

You can enjoy the salad as is OR

Place it on an open Turkish bread roll, sprinkle over grated cheese and grill it till the cheese has melted.
