*pop* *tink* *poink* *tap*
We have a redcap or two in our Marri trees. :)
And now for the third riveting installment of "My teen angst diary"
Saturday Mornin' 26 June 1994
Went to a concert last night. It was excellent. Got front row seats but most of the time was spent headbanging. Had enough of a neckache that mornin' now I won't be able to hold my head up! 2 local bands, Phoenix and Early Warning. Got a bargain! Early Warning tapes $10. The guitarist, Paul gave it to me for $9.50!! How nice. In the middle was this guy talkin' bout Jesus. He was cool. As long as you don't brainwash I've nigh against it. Wanna go to a church. Every God lives in every church to me I don't believe in any particular God. All are equal. I'm neutral. Siding starts wars. I thought Phoenix was good, saw 'em at the free concert Thursday. (They did "In These Arms" They muffed and stuffed bits but it was cool) but Early Warning were better!
God my dad is such a fucking ASSHOLE sometimes. Just started a fight with mum. It's always Dad. Mum never argues. He's such a spoilsport, he's so boring, unadventurous. Says to call off next week. Fungool (however it's spelt). *2003 B.J. interjects* Fungool?? WTF? I'm not sure what next week was in this instance, I have a feeling it was a short trip somewhere. Dad still gets all pissy over the stupidest things. Oh yeah, and I still have that Early Warning tape, it's pretty good. :) Mum should just yell at him to fucking SHUT UP!! The world doesn't revolve around him. I remember he started a big argument (all these arguments are over the tiniest thing or misunderstanding) on their ANIVERSARY Jesus Christ! Whatever happened to love and romance?
Got these two letters from girls I despise.*stapled to this page are two chain letters, both the same wording.* They're goin' all round the school. It's too late to do it but I might anyway. I don't believe in that shit.
Good omens I've had lately.
1. A bright rainbow (the first I've seen that goes right across the sky) with a paler one above it.
2. Phoenix played In These Arms twice.
3. They played Runaway on the radio.
4. A while ago I saw 3 falling stars in a few minutes when I'd only seen 2 before in my whole life.
As long as there is the future, There is hope.
Even though I have changed a lot in these 10 years, I still hold some of the exact same convictions I did back then.
In other news I should root through the kitchen to find what items I can nick for my move. :)
